Wood as an option, precision as standard

The Giannino comes in four finishes, two of them with wood inserts that completely change how it looks on a countertop. A warm touch that echoes Rocket machines with wood details.

Under the casing, nothing is decorative: a grinder built to run every day.

55 mm burrs, set by dial

Its 55 mm flat burrs are aligned without screws, and its aluminium dial adjusts the grind micrometrically. The movement is precise and the dial falls naturally under your fingers.

With an output of 1.8 to 2.3 g/s, a double dose is ready in about ten seconds.

Designed for home and the small office

Rocket designed it for the kitchen, but also for an office, a showroom or a small professional space where coffee is ground several times a day. Three programmable doses and a continuous mode are enough to keep up without starting over for every cup.

If you serve our Chronic. whole bean coffees at the office, it's a format that keeps pace without taking up the space of a bar grinder.

Is the Giannino right for you?

Yes, if you want a step up from the Faustino in consistency and finish, or if the grinder is used by several people every day.

Look at the Faustino instead if budget comes first and there are one or two of you at home, or the Spluga if you're moving towards semi-professional use with a bigger hopper.

For maintenance, brush the grind outlet every week and clean the burrs every two to three months.
