The grinder made for the Appartamento

The Faustino was designed to sit next to an Appartamento: the same compact spirit, the same chrome, matte black, white and copper finishes. On a countertop, the two form a real espresso corner that looks right at first glance.

At 16.2 cm wide, it also fits where a bar grinder never would.

50 mm burrs, stepless adjustment

Its 50 mm flat burrs are commercial grade, and the stepless micrometric adjustment lets you set the grind exactly where you want it, without getting stuck between two steps.

That's what makes the difference when you switch coffees: an espresso that runs too fast is corrected with a slight turn of the dial, not by jumping from one step to the next.

Three doses saved in memory

The touch interface stores three doses, for example a single, a double and a dose for your weekend coffee. Continuous mode takes over when you'd rather grind on demand.

When you switch from our 05AM to a seasonal Chronic. coffee, just adjust the grind and time once, then save it. The next day, everything is ready.

Is the Faustino right for you?

Yes, if you're starting out with a Rocket machine and want a real espresso grinder with a consistent grind, without investing in a semi-pro model. Its 320 g hopper easily covers a household's needs.

Look at the Giannino instead if you often have guests or if the grinder is also used at the office, and the Gravo if you want to dose directly by weight.

For maintenance, a quick brush of the grind outlet every week and a burr cleaning every two to three months are enough.
