JURA — 2-phase descaling tablets

Limescale doesn’t warn you. It narrows the pipes, slows down heating times, increases electricity consumption and eventually puts the machine out of action at the worst possible moment. JURA 2-phase descaling tablets are used in the automatic descaling programme that the machine starts itself, when it asks for it.

The first phase dissolves limescale deposits in the water circuits. The second protects the components once descaling is complete. Flow rate and temperature precision stay as they were on day one, and the coffee doesn’t take on that metallic bitterness typical of a scaled-up machine. Product certified by TÜV Rheinland for microbiological safety.

Box of 36 tablets, JURA reference 70751. A format designed for several machines or for hard water, where descaling cycles come around quickly. Good to keep in stock: a machine asking for descaling will refuse to serve until it gets it.
