This winter, we celebrate the perfect pairing of coffee and cherry. The chocolate richness of our coffee blends beautifully with the fruity and juicy notes of cherry, a flavor duo that also pairs very well with vodka. From this union, the Cherry Espresso Martini was born.

To make a Cherry Espresso Martini:
Ingredients:
- A freshly extracted espresso
- 25 ml of vodka
- 15ml of cherry syrup
- 20ml of coffee liqueur
- Ice cubes
- Coffee bean for garnish
Preparation:
Step 1
Prepare an espresso. If you have time, let it cool.
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add your espresso, vodka, cherry syrup, and coffee liqueur.
Step 3
Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled. This will also give you a creamy espresso martini foam.
Step 4
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a few coffee beans to make the cocktail prettier and even more impressive.
