The Mozzafiato, literally "breathtaking", is the Rocket machine with the most character. Inspired by the world of cycling and the Giro d'Italia, it pairs bold design with high-end features. With a heat exchanger and vibration pump, it reaches brewing temperature in under 12 minutes thanks to its insulated 1.8-litre boiler. Mozzafiato: breathtaking

Mozzafiato means “breathtaking” in Italian. It's the most expressive machine in Rocket's home range, inspired by cycling and Milanese design. A machine that shows its character on your worktop.

Behind the style sits the FAST platform: a machine built to heat up quickly and be ready to brew in record time for a heat exchanger.

Two gauges to get it right

The twin gauges show pump and boiler pressure side by side. At a glance you know whether your shot is running too fast or too slow, and you can adjust the grind before the next one.

The OLED display completes the picture with a built-in shot timer. Two simple tools that will help any home barista improve.

Espresso and milk without the wait

Thanks to the 1.8-litre heat exchanger, steam is always on tap: pull your espresso, then froth your milk straight away. Ideal for households where cappuccinos and lattes are on the menu every morning.

The insulated boiler limits energy loss, the reserve sensor protects the pump, and the 1.8-litre tank fills from the top.

Who is the Mozzafiato Fast V for?

For the home enthusiast who wants a stylish, responsive Italian espresso machine that runs from a tank, with no special installation. The vibration pump makes it the most affordable version of the Mozzafiato FAST.

27 kg of stainless steel made in Milan, 1550 W, 31 cm wide: a serious machine that stays sensible in both footprint and energy use.
