Coffee, water, a drop of liquid nitrogen. Not much else, on purpose. Colombian arabica (Caturra and Tabi, washed) brewed cold, then the nitrogen makes it creamy and gives you that cascade you can't stop watching in the glass. Chocolate, dried fruit, no sugar. And 180 mg of caffeine per can for the slow mornings.
Good to know. 200 ml aluminium can, single or case of 12. Ingredients: water, arabica coffee from Colombia (9%), inulin (chicory fibre). 4 kcal per can. No preservatives, colourings or sweeteners. Pasteurised, it keeps 6 to 12 months at room temperature, but it's better from the fridge. Chill it, shake it, pour it hard. Or drink it straight from the can. High caffeine content, not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
