Cold brew starts the day before. Kinto’s CAPSULE Carafe is made for that: slip in the mesh filter, pour in the ground coffee and cold water, then let it steep in the fridge overnight. The next day, the lid opens automatically when you pour, then closes again when you set it down. Borosilicate glass, dishwasher safe, 1 litre.
