Two worlds, one machine: the C9 prepares a classic hot drink and an innovative, gentle coffee speciality. Thanks to the Light Extraction Process, it delivers the pleasure of ready-to-drink coffee with soft, aromatic notes. Brewed at around 60°C and prepared with less coffee, the Light Brew develops a unique flavour profile — at the right temperature and ready to enjoy straight away. All C9 coffee specialities also benefit from the full size brewing unit and, alongside the standard brewing process, the Pulsed Extraction Process (P.E.P.®).
