The Jah B Estate is above all a story of patience and dedication. Jah B, a passionate producer, grows his coffee with an artisanal approach, respecting the natural rhythm of the plants and the mountainous environment surrounding them.

Each plot is carefully tended, each harvest is handpicked, each step of the washing process is designed to preserve the purity of the coffee rather than force its character. The result is a coffee true to its terroir, with rare consistency, where nothing stands out, nothing is missing. An authentic Blue Mountain, precise and deeply elegant.

Origin

The Blue Mountains, in the east of Jamaica, are among the few regions in the world where coffee grows slowly, very slowly. At 1300 meters altitude, the cool temperatures, constant humidity, and volcanic soils create a unique microclimate, almost timeless.

Here, the Typica variety expresses itself with natural elegance, giving rise to coffees renowned for their smoothness, balance, and silky texture. The washed process, mastered with precision, enhances the clarity in the cup and the sense of finesse that has earned the Blue Mountain its worldwide fame. A discreet coffee, without excess, but with remarkable precision.
